As the largest privately run vocational training institution in Painesville City, we currently have over 300 trainees enrolled in various training programs. Our institution has the potential to continue training individuals in a wide range of fields. We also participate in several capacity-building programs in collaboration with various government agencies and the private sector.
Our Institutional Values
*Trust* We believe that every young Liberian deserves our trust to help them reach their full potential in life.
*Efficiency* We strive to keep training simple, executing our duties as professionals and adding value to the lives of our students.
*Integrity* We always conduct ourselves at all times in ethical and professional manners, fulfilling our responsibilities with a high degree of honesty.
VALUE OF OUR TEACHING STAFF
As the demand for qualified skilled workers increases rapidly, so does the need for qualified TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) teacher education. This is especially important in a country like Liberia, which faces various challenges. The TOT capacity-building training workshops for our trainers at the Covenant Builders Vocational Training Institutes play a crucial role in ensuring that we have well-prepared instructors. These instructors are dedicated to passing their knowledge on to the next generation. We are grateful for their commitment and strong collaboration in keeping this institution at the forefront of vocational training.
VALUE OF OUR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
As the highest-ranking member of our technical staff, the Technical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institution. This includes protecting and maintaining the institution’s image and managing all technical assets. The Technical Director oversees various technical departments and is responsible for all capacity-building programs, both internal and external. Additionally, the Director establishes a comprehensive evaluation strategy for students to ensure they are qualified for the job market. The role is further complicated by the fact that the Technical Director also serves as the acting Technical Coordinator and Senior Advisor to all instructors.
